DynaPix is an AI-powered creative application that helps you transform photos into new images and short videos. This Privacy Policy explains how DynaPix handles information when you use our mobile application. We designed DynaPix with a privacy-first mindset and aim to be clear about what we do—and what we do not do—with your content.
DynaPix provides creative tools for image-to-image and image-to-video generation. The app operates primarily on your device, storing your creation history and generated outputs in local app storage. When you initiate a generation task, selected reference images and text prompts are transmitted to our AI service providers solely to fulfill that request.
We do not collect facial information. DynaPix does not analyze, catalog, or store facial biometrics, facial geometry, or identity-linked facial templates from your uploads. Images you provide are used only for the AI creation tasks you explicitly start.
Content you provide: When you choose a reference image through the system photo picker and enter a prompt, that content is processed to generate your requested output. We do not use your images to train unrelated models or build facial recognition databases.
Creation metadata: The app stores creation records locally on your device, including prompts, aspect ratios, styles, timestamps, favorite status, and paths to generated files. This data remains under your control on your device unless you choose to export or share content.
Device and app data: Basic technical information such as app version and crash diagnostics may be processed to maintain stability. We do not link this information to facial data because we do not collect facial information.
We use the information described above only to:
• Deliver AI image and video generation features you request;
• Save and display your creation history within the app;
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience;
• Respond to content reports you voluntarily submit.
We do not use your uploads for advertising profiling, identity verification, or facial analysis. Again, we do not collect facial information.
DynaPix uses the system photo picker to let you choose reference images. This approach avoids broad gallery access where possible. You decide which specific image to share for each creation session. We do not scan your entire photo library.
If you download or export generated content, standard device storage permissions may apply on older Android versions. Export actions occur only when you tap download or share.
Generated images and videos are stored in the app's private storage area on your device. Creation records are kept in a local database until you delete them. You may remove individual records from the creation history screen.
Reference images you select are not retained beyond what is necessary to complete or regenerate a task you initiate. We do not maintain a separate facial image archive.
DynaPix does not sell personal data. Content is shared only when you explicitly use share or export features, or when required to transmit a generation request to AI infrastructure partners that process prompts and reference images on our behalf.
Service partners receive the minimum data needed to perform the requested generation and are expected to handle it according to their own security practices. We do not provide them with facial information because we do not collect facial information.
DynaPix is intended for general creative use. We do not knowingly collect information from children in a manner that includes facial profiling or biometric identification. Parents and guardians should supervise minors using creative apps that involve photo uploads.
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and on device, including secure transport for network requests and sandboxed local storage for generated files. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we encourage you to keep your device updated.
You can manage your creations by deleting records, toggling favorites, and choosing when to download or share outputs. You may stop using the app at any time and uninstall it to remove locally stored app data from your device.
Because DynaPix does not collect facial information, there is no facial profile for you to request access to or deletion of within our systems.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product improvements or operational changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of DynaPix after an update means you accept the revised policy.
